Adopt a Station

Transport for Wales’ ‘Adopt a Station’ scheme aims to help improve our links with local communities and customers living near unstaffed railway stations.
Stations that are currently available for adoption are:
- Whitland
- Manorbier
- Clunderwen
- Clarbeston Road
The key activity of a station adopter is to provide two updates a month about the condition of their station. This can be done by completing an online form which is then shared with us to address any issues that are identified.
Volunteers don’t undertake any cleaning or maintenance – this is done by our staff. In return for their support, volunteers are currently provided with an annual issue of travel vouchers.
Volunteers must be 16 years old or older.
Full details about what the role of a station adopter is can be found on the Transport for Wales website: Adopt a station scheme | TfW
